Art Commission Terms of Service
1. General
By commissioning the artist (Reignebo Art), you agree to these terms.
* All artwork is created by the artist. The artist retains all rights to the artwork
itself and all her own signature art styles, including the right to display it in portfolio
and on social media. If you, the client, wants the commission to remain private, Please inform
the artist beforehand.
2. Payment
- Payments are made
upfront at art.reignebo.com
on your commission choice before work begins.
- Payments
are accepted through a variety of secure methods, including Visa, Mastercard,
American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, etc. All payments are processed
safely and securely through trusted payment providers.
- Work will begin once payment, form submission and optional reference images have been
received.
- By purchasing a commission, the client agrees that the payment is
for a custom digital service.
* Chargebacks or payment disputes after the artwork has been started or delivered
are not permitted.
* Filing a fraudulent chargeback after receiving
artwork will result in blacklisting and the right to publicly document the incident.
3. Refund Policy
No Refunds. Sketches are started ASAP
and all payments are final.
4. Revisions
- Minor
revisions are allowed during the sketch stage.
- Major changes after approval
may require an additional fee.
- Please review sketches carefully before
approving.
5. Turnaround Time
- Estimated
completion time for a single illustration is from 2 - 14 days, depending on complexity
and queue.
- Delays may occur due to workload, health, or personal circumstances.
Clients will be notified if delays occur.
6. Usage Rights
The artist retains full copyright to the artwork.
✅ Clients may:
- Use the artwork for personal use
- Post it online with credit to the
artist
❌ Clients may NOT:
- Resell the artwork
- Claim the artwork as their own
- Use in NFTs, blockchain projects, or
cryptocurrency-related products.
- Use for AI training, machine learning
datasets, image generators, or automated systems. This includes but is not limited to
dataset collection, scraping, or model training.
- Use commercially unless
a commercial license is purchased
7. Commercial Use
Commercial use requires a separate license and fee.
Examples of commercial use include:
Merchandise
Logos or branding
Products for sale
Advertising
8. Posting & Portfolio Use for Artist
The artist reserves the right to:
- Post commissioned artwork on social media
- Display it in portfolio
- Use it for promotion
* If client wants the commission to remain private, please inform artist
beforehand.
9. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Provide clear references
- Respond in a timely manner
- Approve sketches
before final work begins
- Failure to respond within 48 hours may delay
the commission.
10. Cancellation
The artist
reserves the right to decline or cancel any commission for any reason.
- The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission if:
- The client is abusive
- The request violates the artist’s
content rules.
